Customer obsession starts with employee obsession

Having recently completed the website build for the employee experience consultancy, EXnovo Consulting, we have been exploring what it means to achieve employee obsession and how that results in customer obsession.

Just speaking this gives me goose bumps as the simplicity of this statement “Customer obsession starts with employee obsession” is just so brilliant. In every walk of life in everything you do, if the experience is awesome for you as a customer, ask yourself whether the team that delivered that experience were having a good time too!

From the barista applying their art to your morning coffee to Bear Grills in the Amazon… just how much passion and enthusiasm is shared with you as a customer. Without that passion and excitement, engagement (tell it as you wish…), the buying experience is just not the same.

Working with Conrad Evans at EXnovo Consulting has been a revolution for us as we realise quite simply how much we love what we do and how much fun we have doing the simplest or most complex of things for our customers.
