When asked by Katie at Luxley Communications if we would be interested in working with Omega in the run up to the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, the Summit team were over the moon. Would we get to meet Daniel Craig or Cindy Crawford, Eddie Redmayne or Noamie Harris… or would we just get to build an awesome platform for an awesome brand?!

Well the latter was true… and sadly due to the delay of the Olympics until 2021, neither will see the light of day for several months to come.

We have done some great work together on our clients and I cannot recommend Summit highly enough.

Strength in partnership and transparency

What the project does show is that the collaboration between partners to deliver great systems and design works. Working with the team at Luxley has been no exception. From the outset, the Summit team were welcomed into the conversation with the Omega Olympics team and the strategy for the delivery of a bespoke location and event management platform was born.

Built on Google’s Cloud Platform using their realtime Firestore database, enabling on and off-line access to customer information, we have now delivered a platform which is capable of powering the biggest of events. Scaleable and responsive we are very proud of the design and development of this truly unique platform.
