Zuba Ski has been working in the Alps since 2003. Originally set up in the Monterosa Ski Area and the small resort of Alagna, Italy. They have since grown the business to operate throughout Italy’s Aosta and Sesia valleys to include the resorts of Alagna, Cervinia, Champoluc, Courmayeur, Gressoney, La Thuile and Macugnaga. Their objective is to search out and find small resorts in the Alps that offer great tradition, great character and great skiing.

A sister company to Summit (what can we tell you… we love the mountains!), Zuba Ski is for Summit a pet project. Summit do everything for Zuba Ski with all the love that can be given to this great specialist travel company.

We have been supporting the company and it’s activities since launch in 2007. We have been through 3, no 4 websites and have this past year completed a complete rebuild of the website, enquiry and booking management system.

 
 

The best that technology can offer…

The website is built with Squarespace and integrated with Google’s Cloud Platform to deliver a simple to use system for both customers and the travel management team. Margins are tight in the travel industry so building a system which optimised efficiency at the same time as ensuring customer information and quality of service were not compromised was critical.

We took some inspiration from industry leaders and then aimed higher. Personalised, automated communications with customers and suppliers enable efficient customer service and working on GCP ensures compliance with data regulation and customer information security.
